Payment Policy

When you proceed to payment, you confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Sale of Goods by Ekshop Globals Express.

Orders in the Ekshop Globals Store online store can be paid conveniently: in cash, Mobile Finance, and bank transfer, by credit card on the website, and place an order on credit.

You choose the payment method for any order when placing it. You can select one of the following options:

Cash payment upon Delivery:

Pay cash to the rider or at pickup. This payment method is valid only for two types of delivery: Home Delivery service of the online store Ekshop Globals Express in Dhaka within the Metro city and  Pickup.

Bank Transfer

This form of payment is available for both legal entities and individuals.

With this option, you can print an invoice for payment in Taka (for legal entities) or a completed payment order for compensation through a bank (for individuals).

You can print the payment order from your account in the Orders section. This payment method can use through any bank operating in Bangladesh.

Attention! When paying by this method, the bank charges a fee for transferring funds that are not included in the account. For information on the size of the cost, check with the bank in which you will pay the receipt.

Your obligation to pay for the order by bank transfer will be deemed fulfilled following the terms of these rules if we have received the payment within three business days from the date of acceptance of the order. You will learn about the receipt of money by looking at the status of your order in the Orders section of the menu in your account (status Paid) or by calling our operator.

Attention! When paying for goods by bank transfer, delivery of orders is carried out only after the receipt of money in the current account.

For the timely receipt of funds, we recommend transferring money through the bank no later than five days from the date of acceptance of the order. If payment is not received within the ten days specified above, the declaration will be automatically withdrawn, and you will need to repeat it. If the price of the purchased goods has changed during the re-ordering process, then the current price will be valid for the second order. At the same time, the money received in our account due to your transfer can be used for any of your other purchases in our store.

Payment by credit card upon Delivery

This method of payment implies that payment will be made by credit card through the terminal. Today, this method of payment is available only when choosing a delivery method:  Home Delivery.

Payment by credit card online

Payment is made through the acquiring gateway of SSL Commerz. You can read about payment security here.

This method will be available to you immediately when placing an order only if all the goods you ordered are in stock. After confirming the last step of placing the order – Payment method, after 10 seconds, the system will automatically redirect you to a secure page for entering details.

When paying by credit card online, you will need to enter the card number, card expiration date, the cardholder (as indicated on the card) and the CVV2 / CVC2 code and the Pay button . The CVV2 / CVC2 code is a three-digit control number that is printed on the back of a bank card, usually in the upper right corner of the special signature strip. Entering a number is necessary to make sure that the card is used by the current owner.

After entering the card details, all transaction data is checked for fraud. Verification of the legality of the operation is carried out online.

If the bank that issued the card supports 3D Secure technology, then you will be directed to the secure page of the issuing bank to enter a special code.

We accept the following credit cards:

VISA International ® , MasterCard WorldWide ® , American Express ® , / Discover ® , JCB International ® 

If suddenly you change your mind about paying with a credit card now or in general – just click on the Return without payment button. From the payment page, you will be redirected back to the  online store in your Personal Account My orders  – there you can always find the button Pay by credit card and pay for the order later, or change the payment method (you will be offered possible payment methods based on your location and the selected method delivery).

In some cases, based on the results of a bank audit, a transaction may be denied in a card payment system.

Reasons for refusal may be as follows:

The issuing bank of the buyer does not support the secure 3D-Secure payment processing technology , which is required by the international payment system VISA, Master Card;

There are not enough funds on the card to pay for the order;

The issuing bank of the buyer has established a ban on payment on the Internet (some banks prohibit payment via the Internet for fear of fraud);

Bank card data entry timed out (must be entered within 10 minutes); 

the entered data was not confirmed by the buyer on the payment page, data format error, etc.

Depending on the reason for the denial of authorization to resolve the issue, you can:

Retry payment, not earlier than 20 minutes;

Seek clarification from  the issuing bank ;

If it is impossible to solve the problem by the bank, repeat the payment attempt using a card issued by another bank.

If you paid for the order with a bank card and then refused it, the funds will be returned to the cardholder.

When paying from a foreign card, the order recipient over 50,000 Taka can only be a cardholder. The Rider will transfer the order upon presentation of a passport. Suppose the order amount is less than 5,000 Taka. In that case, a proxy may be issued (notarized not required) in any form on behalf of the cardholder with a signature, a copy of his passport and a copy of the recipient’s passport specified in a power of attorney are also required.

Refund of erroneously paid funds

Funds paid by mistake are considered funds paid by the client for an order made by mistake.

Refunds of erroneously paid funds are always carried out after the client has filed a refund application in pdf format.

If the order has been paid by credit card, a refund is mandatory to the same card.

If the order were paid by bank transfer, a refund would be made to the bank details * specified in the return application.

The terms for the return of funds transferred using the “bank card,” and “bank transfer” methods are 5-14 business days from the date of receipt of the correctly filled-in original return application and copies of passport data.

* it is necessary to indicate the following bank details: Account holder, account number, account in which bank the account is registered, BIC, correspondent/bank account (if the return is made to a bank card, it is essential to indicate the card number).
